They were absolutely fantastic. Called them after getting a quote from Cincinnati Security and Sound which was outrageous compared to their price (would not recommend that place even remotely). Showed me what I was getting, were extremely thorough, and said they'll get me right, and right it was. Truthfully it was past right. Extremely happy with the work they did. Need a place for audio, come here.

When I tell you that the some of the most top quality customer service I have ever experienced anywhere I would never go anywhere else. Great service great prices very respectable young man very knowledgeable on the products that they sell and prices are just amazing! Been my place to go over 15 years now!

Been going here for 4 years now. If it’s an accessory I don’t trust anybody else to install it. Brand new radio, new winch, dash cam, back up cam, subs. Everything in my truck is from big papas.

My car sounds amazing and WAY cheaper than competitors. I won’t name names because I’m not that petty. Service is impeccable. And I mean impeccable, I am a moron, I left important paperwork in the car on accident. Important like my handicap placard, some work stuff…..even the title to the damn car in it. They placed all of it neatly in the glove box. I can’t imagine how long that would have taken at the BMV and how much cash it would have cost. 10 stars
